Getting Support

How to reach Foxx Cyber support — report a bug, ask a question, and what to expect after you do.

There are two ways to reach us. Pick whichever fits.

Report a bug or problem

Something broken, behaving unexpectedly, or blocking your work? Use the bug report form — it lands directly in our triage queue with everything we need to start investigating:

Submit a bug report →

The more you can tell us about what you expected, what happened instead, and how to reproduce it, the faster the round-trip.

Everything else

Questions, account and billing matters, feature requests, or anything that isn't a bug: email support@foxxcyber.com.

Security vulnerabilities have their own channel with a coordinated disclosure process — please use the vulnerability disclosure policy rather than the bug form, so reports aren't visible in the general queue.

What to expect

We're a small, focused team, and we read everything.

  • Reports are acknowledged and triaged promptly — bugs are prioritized by severity and tracked to resolution.
  • Fixes ship through the normal release pipeline and appear in the changelog.
  • We don't publish formal SLA targets today; when we offer contractual SLAs, they'll be documented here.
