Certificates, QA Queue & COI Register

Track issued certificates, run independent QA reviews, and maintain the conflicts-of-interest register.

The sidebar's Compliance group collects the pages that track your C3PAO's obligations across the portfolio.

Certificates

Click Certificates to open the CAP Phase 4 certificate tracker: Final Level 2 certificate expiries, Conditional POA&M closeout deadlines, and the historical record of issued certificates.

QA Queue

Click QA Queue for pre-assessment form and final report QA reviews. QA reviews are independent — a reviewer cannot be on the engagement's assessment team.

• The My Reviews tab lists reviews assigned to you, with the count in the tab label.
• Lead assessors also see an All Open Reviews tab with every open review across the C3PAO.

New QA assignments also appear in your Inbox.

COI Register

Click COI Register (visible to lead assessors only) for the conflicts of interest register. The Register card lists recorded disclosures; an active disclosure blocks that assessor from being assigned to the affected engagement's team.

Assessors who are not leads see a "Lead assessors only" notice if they open the page.

Organization Profile

Related: the Profile page in the sidebar's System group holds your C3PAO's public identity. The Profile tab edits contact details, address, and logo (click the camera icon to upload, max 2MB), and the Credentials tab shows the Cyber-AB Accreditation ID and CAGE Code along with the authorized CMMC levels. Click Save Changes in the top-right to apply edits.
