Getting help

How to reach the people behind vCISO, and what to include so they can help quickly.

Asking your vCISO first

For anything about your security, your records, or what a page means, start by asking your vCISO. It knows your business and can explain its own advice.

Reaching a person

For anything about your account, email support@foxxcyber.com. It is the one address for every kind of help:

  • a password reset or a new authenticator, sent from the address on the account (see Signing in),
  • an activation link that did not work or has expired,
  • a question about a bill,
  • a concern that someone else has used your account,
  • a request to see, correct, or delete what Foxx Cyber holds about you, or to close your account,
  • something that looks wrong in the app.

For a problem, say which page you were on, what you clicked, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot usually says the rest. Never include your password or an authenticator code.

When support looks at your account

To help with a problem, a member of Foxx Cyber support can open a read-only view of your account. They must record a reason, the session lasts at most an hour, and each one is logged. They can look, but they cannot change your records or talk to your vCISO as you. See How your data is handled.
