Signing in with your password and authenticator code, what to do if you forget your password or lose your phone, and signing out.
Signing in
Go to vciso.foxxcyber.com and click Sign in. Use the email and the vCISO password you set from your activation email; your Foxx Cyber account password is only for foxxcyber.com.
- Enter your Email and Password and click Continue.
- On One more step, enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app and click Sign in.
You land on your conversations. A code can only be used once, so if a sign-in fails, wait for your app to show the next code rather than retyping the same one. After several wrong codes, the account stops accepting codes for a while, to keep anyone from guessing.

Forgotten password or lost phone
There is no reset button, on purpose. Your vCISO holds everything you have told it about your business, so resetting a password or an authenticator goes through a person.
Email support@foxxcyber.com from the address on the account and say which you need: a password reset, a new authenticator, or both. A person will reset it.
If you think someone else has used your account, email support@foxxcyber.com at once.
When your session ends
You are signed out after a while away, and whenever you sign out on another device. The sign-in page then says Your session ended, either because you were away for a while or because you signed out somewhere else. Sign in again to carry on. Anything you had not saved will need typing again.
If this happens in the middle of a conversation, the reply reads Your session has ended. Sign in again to continue.
Signing out
Click Sign out at the bottom of the sidebar. Signing out ends your session everywhere, not only on the device you are using, so it is the right thing to do if you signed in on a computer that is not yours.
When the terms change
If the Terms of Service change in substance, the next page you open after signing in shows the new version and asks you to accept it before you continue. Not now, sign me out leaves without accepting. The version you accepted, and when, is kept on your account.
