Plans and billing
Where plans are bought and paid for, cancelling, and what happens to your workspace if a subscription lapses.
Where billing lives
vCISO requires a Foxx Cyber account, and it does not handle payments itself. Plans, prices, and billing are set out on foxxcyber.com/pricing and handled through your Foxx Cyber account at foxxcyber.com. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach vCISO.
Once your plan is live, your Foxx Cyber account page shows your vCISO workspace with a link to open it.
Fees and cancelling
- Fees are charged in advance and are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
- You can cancel at any time. vCISO stays available until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If we ever discontinue the service, we will give at least thirty days' notice and a way to export your records.
If a subscription lapses
If a payment is past due, your workspace is suspended until it is settled. When a cancelled subscription reaches the end of the period you paid for, the workspace is closed. In either case:
- signed-in pages show This subscription is not active.
- report share links stop working for anyone you sent them to.
Settle the payment through your Foxx Cyber account and your workspace is available again. When an account ends, its records are deleted within ninety days, except anything we must keep by law. See How your data is handled.
