Foxx HQ

What's new in Foxx HQ, the back office for small businesses and nonprofits.

Foxx HQ is updated continuously: each change goes live as soon as it passes the automated tests and security scans, so there is nothing to install. This page summarizes what changed, newest first. The Foxx HQ documentation describes how everything works today.

October 15: Console, support access, file storage and nonprofit tools

  • Administration console. One overview with health signals and links to every admin screen; an MFA policy (off, administrators, everyone); every signed-in session with Sign out; integration key rotation; data exports, a whole-organization export and retention settings. See The administration console.
  • Foxx support access. Foxx support can make changes only when your organization allows it, for a set time and chosen areas, and every change lands in your audit log. See Foxx support access.
  • File storage in a bucket. Files now live in each deployment's own S3 bucket instead of the database. Nothing changes in how you use them.
  • Audiences and appeals. Segments built from CRM, giving and volunteer data, appeals linked to Giving campaigns, and Email health with automatic bounce and complaint suppression. See Audiences and appeals.
  • Workspace widgets. Your home page is now a board of widgets you arrange yourself. See Your workspace home.
  • Customer portal. Customers and donors sign in to see invoices, subscriptions, gifts, receipts and support tickets. See The customer portal.
  • Giving, the donation page and monthly gifts, paid through your own Stripe or PayPal account. See Set up giving, start to finish.
  • Volunteers and Hiring with application forms. See Volunteers and Hiring.
  • Outgoing webhooks for your other systems. See Webhooks.
